Contract Personnel are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the operations team of a leading IT company as a Junior Operations Coordinator. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers reporting phone, broadband, and Wi-Fi issues
- Log and manage customer faults accurately
- Provide basic troubleshooting support via phone, email, and service systems

- Keep customers updated on fault progress in a professional and timely manner
