Contract Personnel are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the operations team of a leading IT company as a Junior Operations Coordinator. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for someone starting a career in telecommunications, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers reporting phone, broadband, and Wi-Fi issues
