Contract Personnel are delighted to be supporting our client, a leading business within the events and marketing industry. As a 7.5T Driver, your main responsibility will be the delivery and collection of event and exhibition equipment across the UK. Due to the nature of the work and travel distances involved, some assignments may require double‑manned vehicles, with drivers taking turns behind the wheel. Depending on the assignment, overnight stays may also be required, either in a hotel or within the vehicle’s sleeper cab when travelling alone. This can be a customer‑facing role, and once on site you will be expected to assist with unloading and setting up event equipment. At the end of each event, you will also help dismantle equipment and reload the vehicle ready for its return to Norwich. Drivers may also be required to assist with additional duties when necessary. These are ad hoc assignments throughout the busy summer events season, offering an exciting opportunity for drivers looking for something different from a standard driving role.
