The predicted salary is between 26000 - 27000 £ per year.

We are currently looking for a yard / warehouse operative for our very busy builder materials client a few miles outside of Gravesend. The shift is 0730‑finish, Monday to Friday. The role involves checking stock, picking orders, and continual manual handling (heavy) in both the yard and warehouse.

Key responsibilities:

  • Pick and take orders accurately due to the size and nature of the products.
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload materials up to 5 m in length in restricted space.
  • Communicate with customers face‑to‑face and over the telephone.

Requirements:

  • Valid forklift licence
  • Safety boots and a Hi‑Vis vest
  • Own transport due to the site location
  • Availability for the stated shift times (0730‑finish, Monday to Friday)
