Do you have strong customer service and relationship-building skills? Have you worked in a sales support, customer service, or account management role within a fast-paced environment?

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Sales Support / Customer Service Specialist. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will play a key part in supporting customer relationships, driving business growth, and supporting a busy commercial team. You will act as a central point of contact for clients, assisting with onboarding, account management, sales support, and day-to-day customer queries. You will enjoy building relationships, working at pace, and bringing a proactive and organised approach to your work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service
  • Building strong relationships with customers and managing agents
  • Supporting newly onboarded accounts throughout their first month, assisting with day-to-day queries and requests
  • Managing lapsed accounts and supporting client re-engagement activities
  • Supporting the Business Development team with follow-ups, administration, and customer communication
  • Chasing outstanding quotes, purchase orders, and resolving internal requests
  • Assisting with tender responses, compliance documentation, and account records
  • Researching prospect accounts and supporting business development activity
  • Maintaining accurate CRM systems and updating internal portals
  • Preparing reports on customer feedback, sales activity, and performance metrics
  • Supporting cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery
  • Taking a proactive approach to resolving customer and operational challenges
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and wider team objectives

The ideal candidate:

  • Experienced in a customer service, sales support, or account management role
  • A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and administration skills
  • Experienced using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • Target-driven and motivated to support business growth
  • Keen to learn, develop, and progress within the business
