CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Site Foreman to join an ongoing fit out project based in Northampton. This is a hands-on role ideal for a foreman who is confident leading trades on site while also working alongside the team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman on fit out projects
- Joinery background
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS CSCS Card
- First Aid qualification preferred
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities effectively
