Join Our Team as a Team Manager in the Multi Agency Exploitation Hub – Northamptonshire. Are you an experienced Team Manager seeking a challenging and impactful role within a multi‑agency safeguarding environment? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Team Manager to lead the Multi Agency Exploitation Hub based at the Child Exploitation Hub in Northamptonshire. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference working with vulnerable young people and safeguarding communities.

Contract Length: 3 months

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Child Exploitation Hub, Northamptonshire (Hybrid Working: 3 days office‑based, 2 days hybrid)

Salary: £42 per hour LTD inclusive of holiday pay or £35.28 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Direct line management of a team of 6 Advanced Practitioners within the Exploitation Hub
  • Coordinating multi‑agency safeguarding responses for high‑risk young people
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to local teams on safeguarding issues
  • Developing mapping intelligence to identify community hotspots
  • Leading risk assessments, safety planning, and complex exploitation meetings
  • Supporting young people vulnerable to criminal exploitation, sexual exploitation, and trafficking
  • Chairing or contributing to complex exploitation meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Manager within a Multi Agency Exploitation Hub
  • Minimum 4 years of Team Manager experience
  • Extensive experience working with children and young people at risk of exploitation
  • Strong understanding of Contextual Safeguarding, Trauma‑Informed Practice, and safeguarding policies
  • Sexual Exploitation Training (or willingness to complete training)
  • Ability to lead complex safeguarding scenarios and multi‑agency collaborations
  • Must have 3 years permanent experience
  • Must have a social work degree and Social Work England registration
