The Role
As an SEMH Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, tailored lessons that meet the specific needs of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons to students with SEMH needs.
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students' learning and emotional development.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates to parents and the school leadership team.
- Work closely with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
About You

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
