Overview

Project Manager to lead a refurbishment and M&E upgrade project for a Ministry of Justice venue in Northampton. The role involves full responsibility for safe, timely, and successful delivery within an MOJ environment, overseeing site teams, subcontractors, security compliance, quality, health & safety, and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead programme management and deliver on scope, time, cost and quality.
  • Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Drive health and safety standards and manage risk.
  • Maintain client communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring works meet specification and budget.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering refurbishment and/or new-build schemes in industrial, commercial, education, retail or MOJ settings.
  • NVQ Level 6 in a relevant construction discipline.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • SMSTS qualification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing M&E elements.
  • Experience using software such as Asta, MS Project, SnagR/Rdrive and Viewpoint.
