Overview
Project Manager to lead a refurbishment and M&E upgrade project for a Ministry of Justice venue in Northampton. The role involves full responsibility for safe, timely, and successful delivery within an MOJ environment, overseeing site teams, subcontractors, security compliance, quality, health & safety, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead programme management and deliver on scope, time, cost and quality.
- Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Drive health and safety standards and manage risk.
- Maintain client communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring works meet specification and budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering refurbishment and/or new-build schemes in industrial, commercial, education, retail or MOJ settings.
- NVQ Level 6 in a relevant construction discipline.
- Valid CSCS card.
- SMSTS qualification.
- First Aid certification.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing M&E elements.
- Experience using software such as Asta, MS Project, SnagR/Rdrive and Viewpoint.
