Location: Northampton

Shifts & Pay Rates:

  • Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
  • Paying £13.39/hour
  • £20.09/hour (All hours worked after 42.5 hours worked)

Duties:

  • Operate Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods
  • Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, and general housekeeping
  • Ensure products are handled carefully and stored correctly
  • Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site policies
  • Work as part of a team to meet targets and maintain workflow

The Ideal Candidate Must:

  • Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
  • Be physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
  • Have a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
  • Be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Be willing to learn and follow warehouse systems and processes
