Position: CNC Offline Programmer

Salary: Up to 48k

Location: Northamptonshire

Company Overview: We are a leading provider of high-value, low-volume production solutions for the automotive, motorsport, marine and aerospace industries.

Training: Training will be provided in CAM software, specifically NX (training included). You must be confident in programming complex metallic parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce CAM programs for 3-5 axis milling machines and lathes.
  • Design and develop custom jigs, fixturing and cutting methods.
  • Optimise cutting parameters across materials including titanium, Inconel, aluminium and steel.

Requirements:

  • Experience programming complex metallic parts.
  • Engineering savvy with detailed knowledge of cutting parameters.
  • Ability to create custom fixturing.
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of materials.
