Company Overview: We are a leading provider of high‑value, low‑volume production solutions for the automotive, motorsport, marine and aerospace industries.
Training: Training will be provided in CAM software, specifically NX (training included). You must be confident in programming complex metallic parts.
Responsibilities:
- Produce CAM programs for 3‑5 axis milling machines and lathes.
- Design and develop custom jigs, fixturing and cutting methods.
- Optimise cutting parameters across materials including titanium, Inconel, aluminium and steel.
Requirements:
- Experience programming complex metallic parts.
- Engineering savvy with detailed knowledge of cutting parameters.
- Ability to create custom fixturing.
- Strong understanding of a wide range of materials.
