I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of a local council in the North Shields area. The successful candidate will carry out reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the North Shields and wider area. Work will include planned maintenance such as hanging doors, replacing architraves and installing skirting.

Responsibilities:
- Planned maintenance on domestic properties
- Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week
- Second‑fix maintenance to a high standard
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds or NVQ in carpentry or joinery
- CSCS card (skilled)
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- Asbestos awareness ticket (in date)
- Manual Handling qualification
