As a New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of development and product introduction projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring cutting-edge products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Senior Leadership
- Managing end‑to‑end project delivery, including budgets up to £2m annually
- Driving daily scrum meetings and providing clear updates to stakeholders
- Improving KPIs and SLAs across New Product Development and Introduction
- Ensuring seamless execution from concept through to launch
What We’re Looking For:
- R&D / NPD project management of electronic products
- Strong background in waterfall/linear project management (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and align teams
- Experience managing multiple projects and engaging senior stakeholders
- Detail‑oriented with a passion for delivering results
Desirable (but not essential):
- Agile project management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and SharePoint
