Are you an experienced fabricator with a background in heavy manufacturing? Are you looking for a reliable, full‑time role? If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you. Our client, based in Birtley, is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Plater to join their team in the coming weeks.
In this role, you will work with mild steel up to 100mm, creating attachments used in the construction and mining industries. You will follow engineering drawings to assemble metal packs into large‑scale components on a regular basis.
Key Details:- Rate of Pay: £15.22 per hour (overtime, when available, paid at enhanced rates)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
- Overtime: £19.71ph and £22.75ph
- Payment: Paid weekly via CDM Recruitment
- Payment Options: PAYE (£15.16/hr) or CIS (£19.69/hr)
