About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join the Housing team based in Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy housing environment, supporting maintenance and property teams with a range of labouring duties to help ensure properties and work areas are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting tradespeople on housing maintenance and repair works
  • Moving materials, equipment, and tools safely around site
  • Clearing and preparing work areas
  • Carrying out general labouring and manual handling duties
  • Ensuring sites are kept clean, safe, and organised
  • Supporting the delivery of responsive housing repairs and maintenance services

Requirements

  • Previous labouring or construction experience preferred
  • Ability to undertake physically demanding work
