This is a fast-paced and rewarding 360 recruitment role, where you will manage the full recruitment cycle while building and developing strong client relationships. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, sourcing quality candidates, and delivering outstanding service to both clients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within the local healthcare market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct proactive sales activity including calls, meetings, and networking
  • Grow existing accounts and maximise branch revenue opportunities
  • Manage the full recruitment process from candidate attraction to placement
  • Source, screen, and interview healthcare candidates
  • Match candidates to suitable roles and client requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available workers
  • Manage candidate onboarding and compliance processes
  • Work towards and exceed recruitment and sales targets
  • Maintain excellent service standards for clients and candidates
  • Contribute to the continued success and growth of the branch
