Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Production Operative to join our clients Extrusion & Lamination Production team based in Denby, near Ripley, DE5. The prime purpose of the Production Operative is to operate the PVCu extrusion lines safely and efficiently, at the highest quality standards.

Production Operative Hours: Static Nights 6pm - 6am on a 4 on 4 off rotation including weekends on a rota system

Production Operative Pay: Nights rate: 14.50 per hour plus 21.75 per hour for overtime

Job roles and responsibilities:

  • Quality inspection
  • Heavy lifting/pulling/pushing up to 25KG
  • Packing and wrapping UPVC profiles
  • Labelling profiles
  • Loading profiles
  • General warehouse duties

Key skills required:

  • Attention to detail
  • Working as part of a team
  • Willingness to take on new tasks
  • Able to work 12 hours shifts including weekends on a rota
  • Previous production/manufacturing experience is essential
