Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Operators to join the production team at Harrier in Newton Abbot. This is a great opportunity to start immediately with full training provided. No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality printed photo products are checked, packaged, and prepared for despatch. This temporary position offers the potential for ongoing work depending on performance and business needs.

Key Duties

  • Mastercutting.
  • Carry out quality checks on finished products.
  • Pack customer orders with care and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Positive, reliable, and team-oriented.
  • No previous experience required - full training provided.

Hours and Pay

  • Night shifts: 19.00 pm - 07.00 am on a shift pattern.
  • Pay rates: 15.25 per hour (nights). Enhanced overtime rates available.
