Location: Earls Colne

Pay: £13.36 per hour + £2.90ph night shift allowance

Hours: Training 05:00am - 1:30pm for first 3 weeks, then permanent night shift 9:30pm - 6:00am

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Kitchen Operator to join a busy food manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will spend the first 3 weeks on a day shift for training before moving onto the permanent night shift.

Duties of the Food Production Operative will include:

  • Mixing ingredients and products to required specifications
  • Following recipes and production instructions
  • Completing daily hygiene and cleaning duties
  • Monitoring product quality throughout production
  • Working safely within food manufacturing guidelines
  • Assisting with general production duties where required

The ideal Food Production Operative will have:

  • Previous food manufacturing and production experience
  • Experience within mixing or kitchen environments beneficial
  • Good understanding of hygiene standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and a good attitude towards work

This role is available for an immediate start.
