Hygiene Operative Nights Monday - Friday, 20:30pm to 6am
Pay: 12.71 per hour, plus weekly bonus after 12 weeks

Experience: Factory cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
Main Duties:
- Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks.
- Cleaning processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards, measured through testing of samples.
- Deep cleaning of production areas.
- Post-cleaning checks to ensure everything completed properly.
- Ensuring all paperwork correctly completed.
- Ensuring work complies with company procedures for Health & Safety and Hygiene.
- Ensuring cleaning and personal protective equipment function correctly at all times.
- Working effectively under time pressure.
- Reporting incidents or environmental concerns to line manager.
You must have previous experience of either working as a hygiene operative or possibly being employed as a line operative within your current role/company. You’ll be expected to be able to work across a variety of environments and you’ll be provided with suitable personal protective equipment. The role is ideal for someone with a high degree of self‑motivation and initiative and looking to progress further up the management scale. Your communication skills need to be good to understand technical cleaning requirements and report issues clearly.
