Exceptional and experienced Concierge required to join a boutique high-end residential building in Central London. Fixed hours will be Monday to Thursday 7pm to 8am, 52 hours per week.
Candidates need only apply if they are totally self-disciplined and highly experienced in customer service and dealing with VIP clients. They must possess a critical eye for detail when it comes to carrying out specific instructions and duties/tasks.
Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and customer service skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety, and a strong proven track record. The right candidate will ideally have some technical/maintenance knowledge to assist in the smooth running of the building.
The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to:
- Holding keys
- Taking deliveries
- Carrying parcels & shopping
- Greeting, screening and escorting visitors
- Providing lifestyle services for residents
The Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents' needs are met while maintaining the security of the premises. The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite.
All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, must be assertive, and show initiative. A strong proven track record of working in either a five-star hotel or high-end serviced or private residences is essential, as the Concierge will be responsible for the smooth running of nightly operations of the Front Desk & Lobby, consistently delivering service excellence to the Residents while keeping in view their ever-changing needs. Multi-Skill/Multi-Tasking is seen as imperative.
