The predicted salary is between 34800 - 34800 £ per year.

Pay rate: £16.71 per hour

Shift pattern: Nights only, 4 on / 4 off (7pm-6am).

Location: London Borough of Harrow, Harrow, Middlesex, HA3 8NT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate all systems within the CCTV Control Centre in a proactive and responsive manner.
  • Monitor live CCTV feeds in line with the CCTV Code of Practice and control room procedures.
  • Identify and report incidents relating to non‑compliance, environmental crime, public realm issues, ASB, crime and disorder.
  • Provide accurate observations and support to enforcement and community safety teams.
  • Maintain clear, concise logs and follow escalation procedures.

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
  • Ability to remain focused during long periods of monitoring.
  • Experience in CCTV operations or control room environments is desirable.
  • SIA CCTV licence preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Comfortable working nights on a fixed rota.
