A leading manufacturer of complex mechanical components is looking to add to its progressive sales team. Providing to an international supplier base, this company has an enviable reputation as a market leader in their field across the globe. Role & Responsibilities

  • Work towards meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Receive customer enquiries and acknowledge receipt
  • Review and evaluate customer requirements, including technical specifications
  • Liaise with Engineering, Production, Quality & Purchasing Departments when required, obtain labour costs and machining times from Production Department
  • Generate quotations in line with customer requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Sales related position
  • Ideally a mechanical engineering background within a customer service industry
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications and engineering drawings
