My client are an award winning architectural practice based in Chelmsford, Essex and are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician who is qualified to HNC standard, with a good knowledge of AutoCAD and a minimum of two years' experience working on residential projects. A good understanding of the Building Regulations and NHBC Standards is preferable. Candidates should have experience of producing working drawings and construction details, along with a good understanding of the planning process.
Responsibilities
- Produce working drawings and construction details for residential projects
- Support planning processes and liaise with colleagues and clients
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC Standards
Requirements
- Qualified to HNC standard
