The predicted salary is between 28 - 29 £ per hour.

I am looking for hard working, energetic candidates with a sense of responsibility to work as a Wood Picker at our Arbor Forest Team in New Holland. As a Wood Picker, you will be working alongside small team members to ensure all orders are picked correctly and in a timely manner. It is a physically demanding role.

Hourly rate: £14.40

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5.00am to 1.00pm

This is a permanent role from day one!

Responsibilities:

  • Abide by Health and Safety requirements
  • Pick orders to customers' specifications
  • Manually pick and sort timber/timber products
  • Complete daily plant checks and report any defects
  • Store stock in the correct manner and ensure stock rotation
  • Carry out weekly stock checks
  • General daily housekeeping and record keeping

Requirements:

  • Timber knowledge (desirable)
  • Combi Forklift license (desirable but not essential as this is not solely a forklift role)
