Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Machine Operatives on behalf of a well established manufacturing client based in central Bridgwater. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering full training, long-term career prospects and the chance to become a permanent member of the team. If you become a permanent employee, you might be eligible for a 1,200 bonus paid in 2 halves in the first 6 months of employment.

Key Duties

  • Operating machinery within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
  • Packing products accurately and efficiently to company standards.
  • Completing comprehensive training across multiple machines over a 4 - 6 week period.
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Reliability and commitment to working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively within a team environment.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

  • Competitive pay starting from 13.39 per hour, increasing to 15.91 per hour when fully trained.
