A warm and welcoming residential care home supporting 35 residents in a beautiful rural location near Navenby is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their friendly day team. The home offers high-quality person-centred care within modern facilities and has built an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding support with a genuine family atmosphere.

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily needs whilst promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. You will lead by example, support junior staff and help ensure the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.
