With established relationships across key accounts, the business is focused on expanding distribution, strengthening retailer partnerships, and driving category growth through a highly commercial and collaborative approach.
The Role:
- Support the National Account Manager with the management of major retail accounts across grocery and high street
- Work closely with National Account Managers and report directly to the Senior Account Manager
- Support the development and execution of promotional and POS strategies
- Identify opportunities to increase distribution and expand product listings
- Analyse sales performance and provide insights to support commercial decisions
- Play a key role in identifying and supporting new business development opportunities
About You:
- Experience in a B2C sales role
- Exposure to supporting retail accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of category growth strategies
- Confident working with data and drawing actionable insights
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop a long‑term career in sales
