We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced CSCS Labourer with Traffic Marshal certification to join a busy construction project in Nairn. This is a long-term position for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • Valid Traffic Marshal
  • Previous experience working as a Labourer / Traffic Marshal on construction sites
  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage site access safely
  • Strong awareness of site safety procedures

Duties will include:

  • Controlling site access
  • Banking vehicles safely in and out of the site
  • Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles move safely around the site
  • General Labourer duties
  • Maintaining the site sign-in / sign-out procedures
  • Assisting with general site safety where required
