We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced CSCS Labourer with Traffic Marshal certification to join a busy construction project in Nairn. This is a long-term position for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshal
- Previous experience working as a Labourer / Traffic Marshal on construction sites
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage site access safely
- Strong awareness of site safety procedures
Duties will include:
- Controlling site access
- Banking vehicles safely in and out of the site
- Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles move safely around the site
- General Labourer duties
- Maintaining the site sign-in / sign-out procedures
- Assisting with general site safety where required
