Permanent staff role

Salary: £44,745 base + shift allowance (£52,900+ average)

Shift Pattern:

  • Day Shift: Mon - Thurs 07:10; Fri 07:05
  • Late Shift: Mon - Thurs 15:15; Fri 15:10
  • Night Shift: Sun 22:05+; Mon - Thurs 23:05+

Shift Allowances:

  • Late Shift Premium: %
  • Night Shift Premium: %

Overtime is available and paid additionally 1.33x for Day Shift, 1.5x for Late/Night Shifts.

We are looking for a proactive Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join a high-performing maintenance team within a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across plant equipment & facilities
  • Diagnose & repair mechanical and electrical faults
  • Support compliance, inspections, and safety systems
  • Drive reliability through preventive maintenance & continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) + hands-on maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical)
  • Strong problem-solving & communication skills

Desirable:

  • IOSH, Siemens S7 PLCs, ABB Robotics experience
