- Maintain accurate records using the PlanON CAFM system to track service requests and outcomes.
You
- Proven experience in building maintenance with a strong focus on multi-trade skills.
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 2-3 or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in IT and experience with CAFM systems.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
