Build Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative for a long-term social housing contract covering the Kingston area.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance across social housing properties, working on a variety of trades in occupied homes.

Key Duties

  • Carpentry repairs (doors, locks, frames, kitchens)
  • Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, taps, traps)
  • Patch plastering and minor tiling
  • Painting and decorating touch-ups
  • General maintenance and repairs
  • Identifying additional repair works

Requirements
