Permanent Part Time – 20 hours per week (12am-4pm Monday – Friday, with scope for flexibility)

Salary: £14,500 (Full Time Equivalent £27,000)

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a housing association that requires a Scheme Manager to oversee their over 55’s Sheltered Housing Scheme in Leeds.

Responsibilities

  • Working across sheltered housing scheme, supporting those aged 55+
  • Encouraging independent living
  • Managing income collection processes
  • Ensuring compliance with tenancy checks
  • Investigating reports of ASB
  • Managing the lettings and nominations process
  • Meeting void targets
  • Completing communal inspections
  • Carrying out health and safety checks

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS check
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Understanding of safeguarding and data protection
  • Understanding of welfare benefits
  • Previous similar experience within a customer-facing role
