Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a housing association that requires a Scheme Manager to oversee their over 55’s Sheltered Housing Scheme in Leeds.
Responsibilities- Working across sheltered housing scheme, supporting those aged 55+
- Encouraging independent living
- Managing income collection processes
- Ensuring compliance with tenancy checks
- Investigating reports of ASB
- Managing the lettings and nominations process
- Meeting void targets
- Completing communal inspections
- Carrying out health and safety checks
- Enhanced DBS check
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Understanding of safeguarding and data protection
- Understanding of welfare benefits
- Previous similar experience within a customer‑facing role
- 26 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 31 days after 5 years of service
