Registered Manager - Children’s Residential Home

3‑Bed Children's Home (Ages 7–17) Leeds, West Yorkshire

Full‑time, Permanent

Salary: £48,000–£55,000 DOE

Ofsted Rating: Good

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Residential Childcare
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience within a care setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the children’s home
  • Ensure high standards of care in line with legislation, Ofsted requirements, and best practice

  • Develop and oversee individual care plans focused on emotional and behavioural development
  • Lead, support, and develop the residential care team through supervision and performance management
