Responsibilities:

  • Handling FCL and LCL import/export shipments
  • Coordinating bookings with shipping lines, hauliers and overseas agents
  • Completing shipping documentation accurately
  • Customs clearance support and compliance
  • Tracking shipments and proactively updating customers
  • Managing customer queries and providing excellent service
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Supporting the wider freight team when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience within Ocean Freight Operations
  • Import and/or export experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
