A large-scale professional services organisation in Leeds is urgently seeking a new IT & Software Business Analyst to join their team. They are going through a significant IT transformation programme - implementing Salesforce and a number of other new business applications to change the way they work and deliver to customers. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office working and extensive home working options.

Requirements

  • A strong track record as a Business Analyst, focused on software/applications delivery & integration
  • Experience of the full life cycle as a BA - from requirements gathering to the testing phases of software projects
  • Experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Experience of Salesforce integration projects would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Any experience of ERP or off-the-shelf (COTS) software would also be valued
  • Experience of working in a large, complex organisation would be an advantage
