We work with all major UK energy suppliers across gas and electricity, and we also support businesses with water supplies. We make the process straightforward and trouble-free, giving customers one point of contact from quote comparison all the way through to securing their utility contract, which is supported by our market insight and strong supplier relationships.
To further expand our reach, we are looking to engage with exceptional Self Employed Field Sales professionals who can introduce Smarter Business to businesses across the UK and help deliver the savings already enjoyed by thousands of our clients. Your role will be to act as the first point of contact, representing the Smarter Business brand with a professional appearance and a confident, credible approach. You will introduce our service, build trust quickly, and gather accurate customer information enabling our consultants to assess the customer’s current position and identify potential savings to be presented back to the client in a detailed report on the options available.
Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential, along with the discipline to follow the approved process and the ability to explain technical information in clear, simple terms to busy business owners. Smarter Business operates in a highly regulated environment under an Ofgem licence, so you will be expected to maintain strict standards of conduct at all times.
Our commission structure is simple and built on partnership, a 50/50 share. Agents receive 50% of the net commission received by Smarter Business for any deal successfully facilitated and paid by the utility supplier, and we are happy to discuss the structure in more detail with suitable applicants. With consistent pipeline building and strong day-to-day activity, this opportunity can generate a steady flow of enquiries and a highly rewarding commission-based income. This is a commission-only position and Field Sales Agents must have a driving licence and a vehicle.
