TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of welcoming and supportive nurseries across Leeds, who are looking to recruit Early Years Practitioners to join their teams. These settings provide safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children are encouraged to explore, learn and build confidence through creative and sensory-based activities.
The nurseries are looking to take on enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners on both short-term and long-term bases, with opportunities for permanent positions for the right Early Years Practitioner. The successful Early Years Practitioner will be supporting children aged 0-5 years, assisting with daily routines, play activities and early development in line with the EYFS framework.
The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:
- T-Level Education & Early Years qualification
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS curriculum
- A positive and proactive attitude, and excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Flexibility to work across a variety of nursery settings
