Location: Leeds

Salary: 26,500 per annum (NLW based on 40 hour week)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-6pm.

We are currently recruiting for two Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation based in Leeds. These positions offer an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a growing business that values attitude, resilience, and progression.

Previous transport or logistics experience is not essential. We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds; however, strong customer-facing experience is a must. Whether your experience comes from retail, hospitality, call centres, sales, or another service-led environment, the business is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and solving problems.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the depot. You will handle customer queries both verbally and in writing, monitor deliveries, liaise with internal teams and network depots, and ensure customer expectations and service levels are consistently achieved.

This is a fast-moving environment where communication, organisation, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day customer queries via telephone and email
  • Monitoring customer deliveries and updating customers accordingly
  • Resolving customer complaints and operational issues efficiently
  • Ensuring communication within the depot and wider network is effective
  • Building strong working relationships with customers, depots, and colleagues
  • Supporting internal reporting and operational administration
  • Ensuring customer expectations and service levels are consistently met
  • Assisting other departments where required, including operational support
  • Maintaining a professional and positive approach in all interactions
