Key Responsibilities- Supervise classes in the absence of a teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and progress
- Experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work or similar)
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A confident and flexible approach
- Good organisational skills
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through New Directions)
- Degree or equivalent qualification
