Michael Page has registered a permanent Client Advisor position to work for a reputable organisation in central Leeds to start as soon as possible due to expansion. No experience is required. Full training will be provided if you are passionate about helping and supporting customers and thrive in busy environments. Immediate interviews are being held.

As a Client Advisor you will support the caseload for existing clients and be the first point of contact for any enquiries, ensuring a seamless process and working towards service level agreements. You will chase up documentation and details required for each file, process them accordingly and update the case management system with progress. The role will also involve working closely with external third parties and working as part of a team to ensure completion of each case in a timely manner.
