Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis, delivering insightful recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior planners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Represent the company in public consultations, stakeholder meetings, and regulatory interactions.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  • Proven track record in a senior town planning role.
  • In-depth knowledge of national and local planning policies and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-profile planning projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
