Key Responsibilities- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information.
- Supporting projects across relevant RIBA work stages, particularly planning, technical design, tender, and construction stages.
- Assisting with the preparation of planning, building regulations, tender, and construction packages.
- Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and other project team members.
- Attending design, technical, and site meetings where required.
- Ensuring drawings and documentation comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant technical standards.
- Contributing to the delivery of sustainable and innovative design solutions.
- Using BIM and design software effectively, with Vectorworks experience desirable, although training can be provided.
- Developing your technical knowledge while working closely with senior members of the team.
- 3-5 years UK-based experience within an architectural practice.
- A relevant Architectural Technology qualification.
- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
- Experience producing planning, technical, and construction information.
- Proficiency in BIM-compatible software; Vectorworks experience would be advantageous, although training is available.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a project team.
