We are working with a welcoming and supportive school in Monmouthshire seeking a confident and proactive TA to join their team this September. The Role:
- Supporting pupils with a range of ALN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
- Using sports, movement, and practical activities to encourage engagement and participation
- Assisting the class teacher with delivering tailored learning and interventions
- Promoting positive behaviour strategies and supporting emotional regulation
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils who may present challenging behaviours
