Location: Kings Lynn
Shifts: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm or 07:30am to 4pm, 40 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Operative to support the preparation and refurbishment of modular buildings prior to hire. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy practical work and are keen to develop basic maintenance skills within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare modular units internally and externally
- Carry out basic painting of cabin exteriors using rollers and brushes
- Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks
- Assemble, move, and clean furniture as required
- Remove internal fittings prior to refurbishment work
- Work alongside and support skilled tradespeople in various maintenance activities
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Ability to carry out physical tasks in a safe and efficient manner
- Basic maintenance or labouring experience is desirable but not essential
