The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We require an experienced Labourer for a contract position for a Modular build project in Torquay. Site hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm. Occasional Saturday work with OT rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with general site clearance, material movement, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised construction site in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supporting the daily operations of the construction team to ensure smooth progress.

Qualifications:

  • CSCS Card.
  • Previous labouring experience within a construction environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
  • Basic tools and PPE required for construction site work.

Rates are competitive, and shifts will follow standard construction hours.
