What you'll be doing (and doing brilliantly)
- Attending organised appointments at customers' homes and places of work to carry out servicing, diagnostics or inspections
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Maximising first-time fix rates using provided tools, equipment and training
- Delivering a calm, professional and reassuring customer experience
- Maintaining your service vehicle, tools and stock to a high standard
- Completing all job documentation, warranty and goodwill procedures accurately
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Automotive Technician
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic ability with a methodical, logical approach to fault finding
- Confident working independently while still being a strong team player
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional manner
- Full UK Category B driving licence (maximum 6 points)
